Born from our travles in Brazil by UnOrdinary Hospitality Group, Cana draws inspiration from the lively botecos of Rio de Janeiro, where good food, music, and laughter flow as freely as cachaça.

Here, the spirit of Brazil pulses in every corner. Our menu celebrates the flavors of Rio’s botecos, offering dishes that feel like a love letter to the streets where Anthony Bourdain might have discovered his next obsession. From charcoal-grilled picanha to the irresistible coxinha, every bite is a celebration of Brazil’s culinary soul made for sharing, savoring, and indulging.

Cana’s cocktail program is an art form in itself. The spotlight? Brazil’s beloved caipirinha, reimagined. But we don’t stop there—our “Not Caipirinha” creations take you on a ride through bold Brazilian native ingridients, blending tradition with cocktail inovation.
